"So glad I discovered this charming little bistro with its beautiful decor. The meat is incredibly fresh, and paired with the sesame sauce, it tastes divine. But I highly recommend the hot pot—it is hands down the best I’ve had in Paris. The flavor is extremely authentic. A must-try! Plus, the prices are very reasonable."
I became a regular after my first visit. It's autumn right now and I want nothing more than warm, homemade food. I was on my way to Marché St Quentin when i bumped into Gong. This was the best find I had this year. Let me tell you, it's nothing like fine dining or exceptional cuisine BUT it is very delicious without going too hard on sauce and has very fresh ingredients. You taste the food, the REAL food, not the MSG you get from fast food places. Their noodles are nicely chewy in texture. My first dish here was noodle soup and a momo that I included in the photos but my favorite is the Zhajiang noodles without soup. The vegetables are crunchy, the meat is flavorful, it's the best in the corner. The staff is lovely, they always greet you with a smile. I just love this place so much, and you get great value for your meal too! I will continue coming here even after the winter passes!
Small hotpot restaurant that serves very authentic Beijing hotpot, snacks and noodles. My Beijingnese friend says the pastries and fried huo shao are very authentic. I loved the chilli oil, they fried it on the spot before serving, not like some store bought version, and its so more fragrant tha spicy just the way it's supposed to be. The staff members are also very friendly and accomodating.
